● 6,000 LBS RATED LIFT
CAPACITY
● ACCEPTS FORKS UP TO 6” WIDE AND 2-3/4” THICK
● LIFT HOOK POSITIONED AT STANDARD 24” LOAD CENTER
● SECURED TO FORKLIFT WITH SAFETY CHAIN AND UNIQUE LOCKING GRAB HOOK

The use of chains, straps, or slings around bare forks for lifting
suspended loads or what is called “free rigging” is not considered safe
by OSHA as evidenced by a recent OSHA Interpretation nor by forklift
manufacturers. The Economy Lift Hook on the other hand provides a safe,
secure, and economical method that meets safety requirements for
handling suspended loads with most all types of forklifts and
telehandlers.
It positions a swivel hook with latch at the 24” load center of the
forklift so that the lift capacity of the forklift is not reduced except
for the weight of the attachment itself and associated rigging. A
special load chart is normally not required as it does not change the
forklift’s rated load center. Simply include the weight of the
attachment and rigging in with the weight of the load when calculating
total weight of load to be lifted.
Caution: DO NOT EXCEED CAPACITY OF FORKLIFT/TELEHANDER
